Project Management Manager

Description

Your responsibilities:

• You will have general business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process.

• You will be organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements. 

• You will be monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing, ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization) and identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.

• May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects) and on some projects, the work will include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.

• You will involve in Policy and strategy implementation for short-term results, problem faced are difficult to moderately complex and influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.

Your background:

• You hold a project management certification is preferred.

• 5 to 0 years in project management experience, oversea project experience is preferred.  

• Good Leadership and team management experience.

• Good office software tools knowledge, such as Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP.

• Fluent oral and writing communication skill in English and Chinese.
