The Client is an identity security company that mostly works in healthcare, providing security solutions for the clinicians. Current project is a Single Sign-on context management product.

The goal of the project is to migrate it to a new technology stack and enhance product features as well.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Madcap Flare, Microsoft Word, and Acrobat Reader (PDF) is essential;
• Experience importing different formatted files to Madcap Flare is essential;
• Experience with Perforce or similar source control is desired;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact well with the team;
• Advanced English level

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a technical writer with excellent English writing skills. This person will be responsible for updating documentation files for the product. This includes applying company branding updates, adding license and copyright content, table of contents, and figures, and formatting the content consistent with customer's standards. There is already a set of documentation from the previous release for reference.
