Function: Cater services for all Power Quality Products and Solutions

Scope: Before Tendering and After Sales Services

Work Area: Within India and Overseas sites on case to case basis

Deputation Location: DBR, Bangalore

Products & Solutions: C&F, APFC, HPFC, SVC, FSC, STATCOM, DYNACOM, AHF, AIP….

Mission Statement:

·       Customer Relations: Contributes customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation. Create and maintains good relationship with customer and identifies new sales opportunities.

·       HSE: ABRA preparation, applies safety rules and safety practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Electrical safety (10 LSR), necessary PPEs knowledge.

·       Strategic Leadership: Coordinate with Operations, SCM and project management personnel for deliverables on daily basis.

·       Projects: Handle green field projects independently including civil, installation, testing and commissioning.

·       Continuous Improvement: Good inter-personnel skills, flexible Job demands, travelling.

·       Communication: Customer handling skills, coordination/communication skills for taking support from cross functional team member to address the customer urgency.

Your Responsibilities:

  •    Finalization of Prices for Bought out Items.
  •    Follow up with suppliers of Bought out Items for timely delivery.
  •    Preparation of Rate Contracts for Supply and Service.
  •    Maintaining records for FCM and Actual Costs.
  •    Development of alternate sources for Regular Production, Bought Out and Consumables                                                                               
  •    Coordination with other functions to resolve supplier related issues.
  •    Updation and Maintenance of ISO & OHSAS documents.                                    
  •    Updation of Monthly pricelist.
  •    SAP activities related to SCM.
  •    Independently handling Import and Local procurement process.
  •    Core experience of Sourcing and Logistics Management of various commodities used in Industry.

Your background:

  • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. PG Course in Supply Chain Management or Materials Management will be added advantage.
  • Work experience of 3-5 years
  • Knowledge of SAP, ISO
  • Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Good Analytical skills with proven experience in cost reduction / cost savings is desirable.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
