We maintain key tools and software in our corporate environment that ensures the proper privileged access management for our employees, vendors, customers, and partners. This includes encryption, account management, key management, and secrets management over systems of storage, applications, file servers and databases. What you'll be doing

As an experienced, technically sound, PAM and KMS Solutions expert, you would join our team as an Information Security engineer reporting to the Senior Manager of Identity and Access Management. You will be working closely with other IAM engineering teams including those supporting Active Directory, Okta, and Auth0.

KMS/HSM Solution Implementation and Administration
  • Implementing a Key Management System (KMS) solution and helping further develop use cases to ensure data encryption within the framework of our global cybersecurity improvement program
  • Deploy and configure the infrastructure to protect security keys
  • Coordinate migration of existing Database keys
  • Technical tasks related to implementation and configuration of HSM and KMS including integration with client systems
  • Hands-on experience with HSM solutions (Thales Luna preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Encryption Key Management solutions deployment and configuration (Thales Cipher Trust Manager preferred)
  • Familiar with key management protocols such as KMIP

PAM Solution Implementation and Administration
  • Administration and implementation of Privilege Access Management (PAM) tools
  • Privilege Access Management reporting and metrics
  • Continuous service improvement & development activities including health-checks and upgrades of Privileged Access
  • Manage and advise technical support and application teams to assist in the on-boarding of new systems and account into the PAM service
  • Provide out of hours support and change delivery for PAM service (for monthly patching and upgrades)
  • Day-to-day activities include working with customer teams and supporting current tasks and activities
  • Managing the PAM environment and dependent technologies, including Enterprise Password Vault, Central Password Manager, Password Vault Web Access, Privileged Session Manager, Working with Windows and Linux support teams
  • Responsible for licensing and entitlement management of the PAM environment, including growth and capacity planning
  • Responsible for performance tuning, providing high availability and eliminating single points of failure for the PAM environment
  • Supports vulnerability management audit/compliance research and remediation
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and change tasks in the ITSM system of record; with ownership, and escalation of issues through resolution
  • Accurately maintain all documentation as it relates to configuration, processes, service records, asset inventories, topologies, administration manuals, job instructions, support contacts etc
  • Ability to create custom scripts,(power shell, python) for automation and other administrative purposes

What You Bring To The Team
  • 5+ years of working knowledge and experience with PAM implementation and administration. Experience with Manage Engine PAM360 is encouraged.
  • 5 + years of experience and strong knowledge of Hardware Security Modules and Key Management Solutions. Experience with Thales is encouraged
  • Organization and management of tasks, policies, and procedures for the PAM platform
  • Ability to write PowerShell and python scripts for automation and daily tasks
