At Hitachi Vantara, we facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support various business units and teams. Our team is working in close collaboration with key business units including sales, marketing, and developers. Our primary focus is bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. We adopt a dual approach, addressing immediate needs with reactive responses while proactively initiating initiatives to enhance existing processes. Together, we strive to ensure seamless alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities.

The Role

You will utilize your advanced expertise to drive innovation and excellence within your job area. This includes skills such as analysis, programming, and configuration of end-user applications and/or systems software. Additionally, you will actively engage in collaborative environments, demonstrating a proactive mindset to support and enhance business operations across diverse domains.

Responsibilities include analyzing detailed requirements, coding applications, and supporting testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution. But also, managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision, coaching, and reviewing work, and the ability to deal with difficult and complex problems.

What You'll Bring
  • Salesforce Admin skills (certification preferred or 2+ years admin experience).
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Community and the force.com platform.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, including Jira as a toolset for Scrum development.
  • Experience with change management and training delivery.
  • Self-motivated, accountable and highly organized.
  • Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel.


Work & Location:
  • Ideally Krakow-based, but candidates from all over Poland are welcome.
  • The team convenes weekly at the Krakow office, with flexibility.
  • Occasional late calls (7 pm) due to West Coast stakeholders.
  • Flexible hours, typically 9 am - 5 pm (CET).
