Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.


At least 7 years' experience in Website operation and development (more than senior level)
Rich experience in AEM platform-based website development and management (preferred development project manager experience)


Essential -

  • Technical Knowledge on AEM platform
  • AEM, CRX, Sling, OSGI, HTL, DAM utilization ability required
  • Java development skills
  • Front-end development capabilities such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
  • Jenkins / GitHub tool utilization ability
  • AEM template, component design and development capability
  • Web system operation experience and understanding & knowledge of it
  • Knowledge in web security (XSS, Plain text transmission, SQL injection, etc...)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in AEM platform operations and development
  • AEM experience is necessary with understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, (static / dynamic) components, dialogs, widgets and etc., code build and deployment process
  • Proactive, independent, responsible attitude
  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English in order to communicate with all relevant stakeholders)
  • Able to work under the pressure
  • Good team work and hands on approach and flexible outlook in the workplace
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to adapt and work round obstacles to get things done

Job Responsibilities:


  • General leader of AEM development / operation personnel in GDCI
  • Front-end development / operation work leader
  • AEM component development / operation team lead
  • Constant communication with HQ ITC team
  • Clearly understanding the client's requirements and liaising between the GDCI and HQ ITC to ensure requirements are fully captured
  • As a leader of the development team, requirements analysis, development instructions, development schedule management, code review and quality assurance
  • Compliance with the development schedule requested by the client (HQ side)
  • Security check, security audit review and security related request processing for the development / operation work
  • Security / Failure / Unpack event / Application issues response
  • Engage with HQ development team to resolve issues, which need GDCI development
  • Understanding platform, development environment, development process and providing a proper guide to the local development / operation personnel
  • Involve in the meetings and workshops associated with internal clients
  • Actively seeks opportunities to develop knowledge and experience, internally and externally
  • Produce report for internal use (weekly, monthly basis)
