Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems, or related field or equivalent related experience.
Experience with digital analytics and digital marketing tools such as Adobe analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ViQ etc.
3-7 years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining.
Expert user of advanced analytics tools & techniques to perform analysis and interpret data - some examples are SQL, SAS, R, Python, Excel, Alteryx, etc.
Proficiency in at least one Business Intelligence tools: PowerBi, AWS QuickSight or Tableau.
Expert in analytic storytelling and presentation, including PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
Experience with Agile team structure and operations.Preferred:
Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing analytics best practices - understanding key business performance metrics and KPIs
Experience working on digital data ingestion, curation for data lakes and Familiarity with Dataiku
Experience with data & analytics transformation (current state assessment, strategy development, value case, roadmap, and blueprint)
Proven experience architecting, implementing, and managing operational change.

Measurement Strategy - define objectives and scope analytics tasks and deliverables for all projects and clients, including the creation and improvement of multi-step eCommerce data layers across three distinct platforms.
Develop the data strategy to support customer journeys that enable optimization of multi-touch marketing programs across all forms of media (digital, social, direct, etc.)
