Description:

Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements:

Excellent, proven written, and verbal communication skills

Experience with programming, construction, engineering, networking, or databases a plus, as well as using software for those fields; Knowledge of SQL queries a plus

Additional helpful skills include: experience writing and managing multi-volume documentation, extensive editing, graphics, videos, SGML/XML/HTML in structured documentation, user experience training or knowledge, experience working in agile/scrum

Fit in well with highly technical environment and ask the right questions for the right detail from highly technical and very busy people

Comfortable coordinating with agile/scrum teams, including writers, subject matter experts, and other roles in other locations

Experience with end-user documentation for enterprise-level products in client/server and/or cloud environments that have cross-product content and information connections

Ability to adjust to changes midstream and excitement about using your creativity to solve problems

Here's what you'll do
Research, write, edit, and organize highly technical information and turn it into compelling and useful written and visual end-user focused content, both written content and training videos

Who you are
BA/BS in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Instructional Technology, CS, MIS, CIS or related field; MS in one of the fields preferred
10+ years experience writing software product end-user documentation and other forms of technical content including graphics and training videos
Experience in Madcap Professional Suite for authoring and publishing documents
