Description:

Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements:

10-15 years of experience
Expert in automation frameworks such as Perf QA, Jmeter Cypress etc.
JMeter/LoadRunner or equivalent tool - alternative Artillery.io (develop artillery plugin, typescript knowledge)
performance testing tools (Apache JMeter, WebLOAD), localstack, Java or Python or Angular, NFR benchmarking (Chrome and profilers), lighthouse/pagespeed/Silk etc. AWS, Pact, Wiremock, K8s, CI/CD
Performance monitoring tools and analyzing performance metrics (e.g., New Relic, AppDynamics, CloudWatch, Grafana)
Experience profiling applications with intensive I/O, memory, CPU patterns
Strong knowledge of web technologies, such as HTTP, REST, GraphQL
Demonstrated skill in using coding standards and being an active participant in code reviews
UI and/or API-level test automation expertise.
Experience with web service technology like XML, REST, and SOAP.
Experience in a high volume, high throughput web/ecommerce environment.
Experienced in implementing testing and QA frameworks in the eCommerce and Web Applications domain using Agile methodologies.
Experience with high-performance websites catering to millions of daily traffic.
Thorough understanding and hands-on experience in developing, and enhancing automation testing frameworks.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
Experience in working in continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, script and execute load, stress, and scalability testing and deliver comprehensive reports to the project team
Work alongside architects to set up the performance test processes
Identify bottlenecks, stress and load test and follow performance testing processes (Jmter)
Profile client and server calls triggered by the system and lead the collaboration effort for environment setup, including data management
Analyze changes introduced and assess potential performance impact and level of performance testing needed
Lead the collaboration effort on performance tuning applications and systems under test to continuously improve performance test coverage
Collect and analyze test results data describing the applications performance characteristics/trends, and publish them to the wider team with commentary
Participate in root cause analysis and complex system performance investigations
Drive performance / load test operations towards a CI pipeline model to support continuous performance improvements in the solution.
