Description:

Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor/Master of Science degree in Applied Physics, Controls, Mechanics, Electronics, Aerospace, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Working level knowledge of xIL tools and methodologies:
o Physical Plant (Vehicle modeling) Modelling and Virtual ECU Simulation
o Simulation techniques: traffic models, sensor models, real-time systems
o Component HIL Hardware I/O design and Setup
o Multiprocessor HIL Architecture and Actuators/Sensors Interface
o HIL Simulation with Vehicle integration
o Integration of MIL/SIL models and ADAS sensors models with reuse of SIL scenarios and test database
o Execute HIL closed loop simulation, Pre & Post process data based on common standard
o Basic knowledge of the Electrical/Electronics vehicle (EE systems, power distribution, sensor interfaces)
o Ability to contribute to Agile Development Teams
• Knowledge of Linux OS and of Python.
• Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink toolset.
• English level: B2
• Strong interpersonal communication, team/leadership skills/experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field
• Working level knowledge of tools for simulation, data collection and analysis (for example dSPACE)
• Experience in structured design methods (for example DFSS certification - or similar experience)
• Experience with Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration and testing infrastructure (e.g. SIL and HIL)
• Experience working with ADAS systems
• Driver assistance systems, sensors, car bus systems, measuring technology, trace analytics
• Machine Learning Knowledge
• General working knowledge and previous exposure to safety-related methods like ISO26262, SOTIF, and Cybersecurity
• Critical Character Traits to Ensure Success:
o Ability to think outside-the-box in high pressure situations
o Ability to multitask
o Detail oriented problem-solver

HIL, VIL and Test Benches Team is actively searching for talent to fill open positions for individuals specializing in ADAS Automated Driving Hardware In the Loop Simulation expertise. The selected candidate will be immersed in a hands-on role, working with state of the art technologies, in a field experiencing rapid year over year growth.
