Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on delivery assurance using Agile and CMMi frameworks. Preferable those who already worked as DA Ninja in some project and aspiring to grow into Project Management
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Certification in relevant areas such as CMMi, or Agile is a plus

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer with 6-8 years of expertise in Delivery Assurance, particularly within Agile and CMMi frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products through comprehensive testing methodologies and process adherence.

Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Assurance:
a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products within specified timelines.
b. Establish and implement robust delivery assurance processes using Agile and CMMi frameworks.
c. Conduct thorough reviews of project documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify potential quality risks.
2. Metrics and Reporting:
a. Define and track key quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of the delivery assurance process.
b. Generate and present regular reports to project stakeholders, highlighting quality status, risks, and recommendations.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
a. Foster a collaborative culture by working closely with development teams to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
b. Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of quality goals and expectations.
4. Continuous Improvement:
a. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the evolution of the overall software development life cycle.
b. Actively participate in retrospectives and implement lessons learned to enhance future project deliveries.
