Description:

Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in, or demonstrated familiarity with healthcare
- Demonstrated success defining and launching new products
- Highly motivated and self-directed individual
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Understanding of the healthcare market and trends
- Strong quantitative/qualitative business case analysis skills
- Proficient in developing and conducting presentations at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skill

Job Responsibilities:

- Develops product roadmaps that are prioritized by customer needs, business goals, and market analysis.
- Market assessment and analysis to understand competitive offerings and create a market-driven, differentiated strategy for your product(s)
- Should have experience in health care domain
- Facilitates "voice of the customer" activities
- Communicates business cases, market analysis, roadmap, and product metrics to senior leadership
- Coordinates with third party vendors and strategic partners to ensure that initiatives are well defined and delivered.
- Leads cross-functional teams to drive holistic product success
- Develops user stories and ensure stories are 'ready' for development to start work
- Gathers, manages, and prioritizes the product backlog, backlog grooming
- Accountable for solution delivery
- Works with customer facing teams and stakeholders to ensure readiness and excellent execution
- Vendor Management and strategy
- Responsible for defect management, prioritization, and resolution
- Agile / Scrum experience preferred
