Key Accountabilities & Activities

Maintenance & Facility Management

•Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and organize /develop safe working processes and procedure.

•Plan and execute 3 years Maintenance Budget for equipment and facilities

•Cost control and Expense management

•External contractor management

•Total preventive Maintenance(TPM) system/ tools set up and manage

•Spare parts stock control management

•Follow up the Maintenance KPIs ( MTTR; MTBF) and follow up action plan to correct/improve it.

•Land and Building maintenance and upgrading projects

Project Management

•Project management including cost saving, technology upgrade, waste reduction…

•Plan and lead regular review on progress of projects, downtime

•Deployment of maintenance continuous development projects, such as down-time/OEE improvement, machine utilization.

•Plant layout improvements of machines and installing equipment from interco transfers

Execution

•Maintain preventive maintenance system and execution rate of the plant.

•Provide support, resources and guidance to maintenance team

•Plan and execute the shutdowns planes

•Supervise and organize reaction on maintenance job, such as breakdowns, big repair.

•Implement CO2 reduction action plan

•Implement processes and strategies to reduce energy, water, gas consumption.

•Perform root causes analyses (5Why) to resolve reoccurring breakdown

Coordination

•Coordinate with other functions about safety improvement, down-time improvement activity, layout changes

•Implement Kaizen improvements

Team Management

•Train technician on Maintenance skill

•Foster a climate of teamwork and motivation within the team

•Ensure the deployment of the Astemo communication to the team

Key Professional Competencies

Know-how and hands-on experience of electrics, electronic, pneumatic and mechanics
Plastic Injection molding knowledge
Know how of automation, PLC and Robot technology
TPM management
Computer maintenance management system (CMM) with SAP maintenance module
Assure Government and statutory requirements complying with EU standards Safety machine requirements
Culture of Safety, Health and Environmental
Risk based thinking and technical documents understanding
Project Management & Team Management
Fluent English level

Qualification & Experience

•Bachelor/Master degree with major in Mechanical, Electrical Engineer, automatization or equivalent

•At least 6 years in a maintenance management position and 4 years' management experience in manufacturing industry (Automotive and Plastic Injection is a must)
