Key Accountabilities

Key Activities

HRIS

• Data analysis of HR processes (Performance & Development Review, People Review, training records, recruitment and onboarding stats, HR KPI’s)
• Contribute to update and improvement of the group job role catalogue (update process, standardization of wording, new roles, career paths…)
• Improvement of current HR processes in the HRIS: Collect feedback through surveys and interviews and implement improvement with corporate HR team
• Follow up HRIS releases
• Prepare administration and process guidebooks

HR Projects

• Participate and support the HR team in the Talent Management processes and the implementation of various transversal projects
• Contribute to implement and promote new leadership & development tools  
• Contribute to different E-learning implementation project throughout the company
• Contribute to implementation of HRIS certification program

International mobility

• Audit of all international mobility data.
• Owner of expat reporting through HRIS
• Administration of expat social coverage
• V.I.E. recruitment and onboarding

Profile

Key Professional Competencies

• Basic HR culture/knowledge
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• HRIS experience a plus
• Fluent English level

Qualification & Experience

• Master degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• First experience in Human resources
• International experience a plus
