Description:

Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a software development environment, preferably within the security industry.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in C#/.NET, web development on .NET, MS SQL Server, Windows Services, and IIS.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing projects using these approaches.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
A proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional project teams in the development and implementation of security software solutions.
Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to deployment and support, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate closely with software developers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Apply Agile methodologies to ensure rapid and flexible response to change.
Oversee the development of software in C#/.NET, including web development on .NET and MS SQL Server based applications.
Ensure the optimal configuration of Windows Services and IIS for the deployment and operation of our applications.
Drive continuous improvement in our software development processes and practices.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates on project progress.
