Performance QA Lead

Requirements:

- Must have overall experience of 10+ yrs.
- Provide technical guidance and facilitate implementations by refining stories,understanding the scope, limitations, objectives, and risks, and then crafting actionable designs.
- Hands-on approach, including skeleton implementations and pairing with team members on implementation tasks.
- Inititate and lead discussion with team and client.
- Experience in team handling and timely deliveries.
- Experience working in Agile & Scrum.
- Experience open-source performance testing tools.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Software testing and release processes.
- Experience in Functional Testing (Manual and automation).
- Excellent knowledge of quality theory, concepts, tools, and methodologies of quality assurance.
- Thorough understanding of testing methodologies, including test automation.
- Experience with Source Control Technologies (GIT).
- Experience with defect management software and procedures.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide designs that break down complex tasks into manageable actions that can be assigned and tracked.
- Implement skeleton designs and pair program with team members to guide the development process.
- Facilitate the testing process for complex, distributed systems by applying knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, cloud technologies, and
- Databases, focusing on robustness and scalability through effective testing strategies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
- Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design a test coverage plan.
- Execute business cycle test cases against requirements.
- Review function and design specifications to ensure a full understanding of individual deliverables.
- Clear communication (written and verbal).
- Ability to provide clear and concise written reproduction steps of bugs.
- Detailed in writing step by step (recreating issues).
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Diligent and high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment.
