Description:

As the Lead Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving project delivery. You will lead a team of Scrum Masters and collaborate closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives. You will champion Agile principles, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive organizational change towards greater agility and efficiency.

The company's solutions are used to streamline, automate and manage processes involving payments, invoicing, global cash management, supply chain finance and transactional documents. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required. Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading Agile transformations and driving organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with experience applying Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks in software development or IT environments.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality products/services to customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Scrum Masters, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to ensure alignment with Agile principles and practices.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs.
  • Drive the adoption of Agile and Scrum best practices across the organization, promoting a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and address organizational impediments and barriers to Agile adoption, working collaboratively with leadership to drive change and overcome resistance.
  • Mentor and coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Lean practices, empowering them to self-organize and deliver value iteratively.
  • Track and report on key Agile metrics and KPIs, providing visibility into team performance, progress, and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning within the organization, encouraging teams to embrace Agile mindset and values.
