As the Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the HRBP team in delivering comprehensive HR solutions and support to the content management business within the organization. You will be instrumental in implementing HR strategies and programs aligned with the business objectives to foster a positive employee experience at the workplace. You will serve as a strategic partner to both management and employees, providing guidance and expertise on various HR matters. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle complex HR issues independently.
Requirements:• Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience of proven experience as an HR generalist, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
• Experience handling hourly employees in a Hitech IT environment
• In-depth working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and integrity.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:Be a trusted advisor to management on people-related issues and help to assess and anticipate people related needs.
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, including answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving HR-related issues.
Handle complex employee relations matters independently, including leading investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Be the primary HR contact for onboarding new hires, helping them through orientation and smooth transition into the team
Develop and implement strategies to promote employee engagement, retention and a positive work culture.
Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and morale.
Work closely with COEs to support and facilitate closing strategic business gaps defined in partnership with senior business leaders. Orchestrate COEs to solve business challenges.
Implement and oversee the performance management process for the team, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies and assist in the development of performance improvement plans. Contribute to HR projects, such as policy reviews, process improvements, and HR system implementations.
Collaborate with other team members of HR to achieve project goals and deliverables.
Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Analyze industry trends and best practices to propose enhancements to existing HR practices.
