Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE:

To ensure that the solutions offered are tailored to meet the customers' requirements by working closely with the sales team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Works closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
  • Attends meetings with Sales Managers and acts as a solution expert.
  • Puts together business cases for the sales team to support their proposals.
  • Works closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
  • Ensures that the company's solutions can be delivered to the customer's requirements.
  • Works closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
  • Responds to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
  • Presents proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
  • Provides ongoing support for customers post implementation.
  • Produces detailed costings for customers and ensure the contract is profitable.

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • PL-400 Microsoft Power Platform Developer certified.
  • Presentation and Design / proposal skills.
  • Deep Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps, related Microsoft cloud solutions, and other third-party technologies.
  • Development experience that includes Microsoft Power Platform services, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful Web APIs, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Experienced in creating a technical design, configuring Microsoft Dataverse, creating and configuring Power Apps, extending the user experience, extending the platform, and developing integrations.
  • Communication skills.
  • Customer negotiation skills.
  • Locally based candidates are preferred


EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time position

WORK SCHEDULE: 9 AM to 6 PM Vietnam time

WORK LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Hybrid (Mix of work from home and minimum 2x a month onsite until further notice).
