Your responsibilities:

  • You will stick to company HSE & integrity rules and actively participate in relevant trainings.
  • You achieve monthly and yearly sales budget.
  • You will ensure profitable growth as per margin guideline.
  • You will work together with stakeholders to define the pricing strategy.
  • To participate in regular business review meeting and ground actions.
  • You will secure channel management as per company rules.
  • To participate in new product training timely and take lead to promote new products and applications.
  • You will stick to the company rules of AR escalation and collect the AR timely.
  • You achieve 4 times of OR budget in pipeline is a must.

Your background:

  • You hold a BS degree in engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environment with electrical or mechanical designing experience would be a plus.
  • Competencies required include Results Orientation, Strategic Orientation, Fast Learning, Teamwork, Collaboration as well as Customer Focus.
  • Excellent communication skills to include specific and technical oral and written skills to internal personnel and external customers.
  • Expertise in rapid response and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
