Description:

Support Analyst Role

Requirements:

Must be willing to work in late night/early morning shifts as per IST to fulfill the project requirement
Should be willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
This position requires continuous client interaction, hence the candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
International Technical Support experience (B2B preferred)
Knowledge of issue prioritization, High priority issue handling experience
Participation in bridge calls
Experience in Command Center/NOC or infrastructure alert handling preferred
Report generation from the tools
Collaborate effectively across functional teams on a global scale
Action-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
Analytic insight to identify and solve client's business and technology problems

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include

Acknowledge and investigate application/infrastructure related alerts
Engage the on call team/person for those alerts which are to be taken care by other team
Very quick response and action
