We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our multinational software engineering team. Our client is one of the largest British banking institutions.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in coding with Java8+;
• Experience with Spring Boot Framework;
• Experience with REST Microservices;
• Experience with Agile technologies (Git, Gradle/Maven, Jenkins, TDD);
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) (JUnit, Mockito);
• Knowledge of AWS services is a must, (i.e. Lambda, API Gateway, S3 etc.);
• NoSQL, Database Programming experience;
• CI/CD experience is a plus;
• Communicative English for daily interaction with the team and the customer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce and maintain clean Java code
• Contribute to application architecture - design and build
• Build & improve software and services through CI/CD pipelines
• Discuss and implement security protocols within software and services
• Take part in sprint planning and estimate development efforts for features and stories, as well as participate in code review process
