Description:

GlobalLogic is looking to recruit a travel leader with strong business operations with global experience. He/She will have proven capabilities in strategic planning and execution. He/she will interface with the GlobalLogic travel team, provide global travel expertise, and lead strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements:

Ideally, the qualified candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive global travel management and operations experience
  • Experience and proven leadership with global systems and partners
  • Demonstrable ability to achieve goals through influencing, partnering, and developing relationships
  • Experience with sustainability initiatives as it pertains to travel programs
  • Ability to conduct strategic analyses
  • A bachelor's degree in business management or related field is required; MBA preferred
  • Advanced or higher level of English

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of a strategy for GlobalLogic's global travel program
  • Drive innovation and tactical activities with a focus on continuous improvement on global travel program
  • Develop a plan that identifies trends and opportunities to drive cost savings
  • Analyze and design processes needed for the effective use of travel technology systems
  • Develop KPI's related to travel activities and report to relevant stakeholders periodically
  • Drive sustainability initiatives relating to company's travel program
  • Pull global reports, analyze multiple data points, and monitor key travel trends
  • Serve as liaison between global supplier and GlobalLogic stakeholders
  • Play a part in managing our global travel partner, Global MSA and all Amendments
  • Ensure GlobalLogic travel policies are updated on the travel website and booking platform
  • Traveler tracking and duty of care - access traveler tracking tool and point of reference in emergencies
  • Responsible for informing global travel partner about new contracts so they can load in the system
  • Be the main point of contact for global travel partner to address open payments and consult with finance team
  • Monitor out of policy bookings - send reports to management and recommend remediation plan
