Mission statement:

Reporting to the LOU HSE specialist, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent HSE service at all stages of the project.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be developing and implementing policies and practices to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace and external environments.

  • You will be investigating accidents and environmental incidents and liaising with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.

  • You will be providing advice and training on safety protocols and conducting audits to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to environmental health and safety.

  • You will be maintaining a healthy and engaging relationships with all stakeholders to drive the HSE culture improvement, responsibilities may include managing projects / process.

  • You will be coaching and reviewing the work of site WSH personnel.

  • You will be open and transparent on handling HSE matters and promptly share the information with superior.

Your responsibilities:

  • Minimum WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or degree that recognize by MOM to be WSH personnel.

  • Registered WSH Officer with MOM would be an added advantage.

  • More than 2 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environment, preferably working in construction sites or electrical maintenance services.

  • Able to work independently in office and sites with minimum supervision

  • Able to go down to the field at site regularly.

  • Demonstrate good integrity and interpersonal skill when dealing with non-conformance.

  • Having Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Words, etc) skills.

  • Proficiency English communication.
