Description

Mission:

Work focuses on medium to long-term planning and face-to-face supporting our sales / Front end sales team to multiple solutions of pour portfolio for GPQSS ( Grid Power Quality systems and service ) product group of utilities and industry customers in the whole Latin America region.

Responsibilities:

  • Defines and implements technical sales and marketing activities including but not limited to GPQSS ( grid and power quality systems and service ) portfolio , services and systems within the defined utilities and industry segment, in alignment to the given strategy, ensuring that the related product groups increase all relevant metrics in their selected market segments.
  • Develops and implements a market-based approach which includes direct, third-party and project sales whilst building customer relationships with key stakeholders, to educate, inform and solicit support for pursuing market opportunities and converting them to orders.
  • Interpreting a segment strategy to meet requirements.
  • Having a deeply technical background of PQ ( Power Quality)portfolio to support LAM unit on system design phase working closely with GCoC PQ ( Global Centre of competency ) Sweden.
  • Through his / her technical background to build up long term relationship with grid coordinators in LAM countries
  • Ensuring the value proposition for the target segment is developed and well communicated to all technical stakeholders, supporting the development and achievement of standards through a clear definition.
  • Monitor appropriate prices and margins within the defined GPQSS segment and supporting the sales team to negotiate key contracts.
  • Building and maintaining a strong relationship at senior levels with key customers, stakeholders, and decision makers, to ensure an effective communication on the segment.
  • A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
  • Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
  • Coaching and sharing knowledge of young talents in LAM PQ organization.
  • Responsible to drive our PQ LAM localization project together with GCoC in Sweden.

           

Background:

  • High level Degree in electrical, electromechanical, or electronic engineering in PQ area as SVC, STATCOM or TCSC .
  • At least 10 years of experience in technical sales within the Utilities or Industry markets
  • Languages: Native Spanish or Portuguese and fluid in English
  • Availability to travel to support sale team in LAM region.
  • Cooperation spirit to work closely with our GCoC Sweden
