The Role

Hitachi Vantara is looking for an experienced Sales Enablement professional who infuses fun and work to ensure our industry leading sales professional have what they need to bring the Hitachi Vantara offering directly to the customer.

Reporting to the Senior Director Global Sales Enablement, you will work across various groups and roles to
• Design and iterate onboarding and ever-boarding curricula to ensure that
o newly hired sales professionals rapidly understand the Hitachi Vantara portfolio, culture and sales model, and
o veteran sellers continue to develop and refine their market understanding and solutions selling effectiveness
• Serve as a point person for new hires throughout ramp period to best assess the learning and development needs or changes within the onboarding process
o Scheduling and coordinating new hire start dates with Human Resources. Understand hiring plan and timing.
o Leading introductions for new hires on the onboarding process, timeline, expectations, LMS, and managing and monitoring the new hire progress via our internal learning platform
o Design and implement scalable onboarding programs for all sales related roles and continuously iterate based on feedback. Scheduling and coordinating relevant group onboarding training sessions for new hires and acting as the connector between new hires and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), facilitate the organization of group sessions globally around sales bootcamp
o Proactively keep track of new initiatives and updates that impact onboarding. Ensuring that all new products and processes are incorporated into the onboarding process for new hires
• Create and maintain additional sales tools to help with the growth and impact of the onboarding and ever boarding programs
• Reporting on the program performance including attendance, curricula completion, and ratings.

What you Bring to the Team

• 5 years' experience in the technology industry: especially sales, marketing or enablement functions
Experienced designing educational curricula is strongly desired.
• Proven program management experience through job history or professional certifications
• Passion for helping people unlock their full potential
• Spirit of innovation
• Self-directed work ethic
• Fluent command of spoken English is needed - Portuguese is desired.
