What you'll be doing

Support entire sales order process including:
• Assist Sales Team in preparing quotations/proposals/bidding documents as per customers RFQ/RFP
• Get the sales documents/contracts approved/signed by company leaders and follow up with customers to get the hard copies of fully signed contracts/ sales documents.
• Check the contracts/ sales documents signed by customers.
• Scan and store the contracts/ sales documents
• Collect Customer Survey after the completion of the project
• Keep track information of the contracts/ sales documents on sales contract checklist
• Keep track the status of the post-mail delivery
• Fulfill tasks assigned by Sales Team, and relevant Stakeholders.

What you bring to the team

• Good at English (reading, writing, listening & speaking)
• Pre-graduating BA in Business Administration, Economic law is preferred
• Pay attention to details and be able to work with paperworks
• Interested in sales administration works
• Interested in sales contract management and proposals/quotation/contracts preparation
• Ability to work with multitasks, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
• Proven communication skills both oral and written with customers and internal colleagues
• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred
