Requirements:

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
Architect and design .NET solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Review code, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality.

Project Management:

Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Break down high-level project requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure timely delivery.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams such as QA, DevOps, and product management to deliver high-quality software products.
Mentor junior developers, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, and facilitate technical discussions within the team.

Software Development:

Lead by example by actively participating in coding and development activities.
Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using the .NET framework and related technologies.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Technology Evaluation and Adoption:

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in .NET and related technologies.
Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve the development process and enhance product quality.
Champion the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies within the organization.

Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with QA engineers to define test strategies, review test plans, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to maintain high standards of software quality.

Documentation and Knowledge Management:

Document technical designs, architecture diagrams, and system configurations.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation, coding guidelines, and best practices.
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and documentation within the team.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the development lifecycle.
Proactively address technical debt, refactor codebase, and streamline development workflows.
Participate in retrospectives and post-mortems to learn from past experiences and drive continuous improvement.
