Cybersecurity Services Lead (Ref.No. R1002812)at our location in SingaporeThis position reports directly to the Head of Engineering within the Head of Delivery Leads Team within the country. The Cybersecurity Services Lead also functionally reports to the Head of Discipline for Cyber who is based overseas.

You will enjoy having this responsibility:The Cybersecurity Services Lead role is to provide strategic direction, leadership and operational oversight to ensure the successful delivery of cybersecurity services to Transport customers. By developing a capable team, establishing partnerships, expanding the services portfolio, and ensuring service delivery excellence, you contribute to enhancing the resilience of Transport customers with respect to cybersecurity attacks and mitigating risks effectively.
Your role involves performing various leadership tasks and initiatives at both management and technical level to support this objective.
It also involves the following tasks:Tasks include:
- Developing a Service Delivery Team
- Identifying Local Partners
- Growing Services Portfolio
- Guaranteeing Service Delivery within Agreed Level of Service
The role requires working with customers in the South East Asia Region with possibility of expansion to other areas in Asia.
Developing a Service Delivery Team:
- Build and lead a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for delivering services to customers.
- Define roles and responsibilities within the team and establish clear reporting lines.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Identifying Local Partners:
- Assess the need for local partnerships based on the geographical reach of Transportation customers.
- Identify and establish relationships with relevant local partners such as cybersecurity firms, technology vendors, or managed service providers.
- Collaborate with partners to leverage their expertise and resources in delivering cybersecurity services.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between the Service Delivery Team and local partners.
Growing Services Portfolio:
- Conduct market research and stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
- Identify short and long term opportunities to expand the range of cybersecurity services offered to Transport customers.
- Collaborate with product management and business development teams to develop and launch new service offerings.
- Ensure that the services portfolio aligns with customer needs and industry best practices.
Guaranteeing Service Delivery within Agreed Level of Service:
- Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with Transport customers.
- Monitor and track service delivery performance against SLAs, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon standards
- Implement effective processes, workflows, and tools to streamline service delivery operations and ensuring continuous improvement mindset.
- Address any service delivery issues or escalations promptly and effectively.
- Regularly communicate with customers to provide updates on service delivery and address their concerns or inquiries.
You have:QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree qualification in IT/ Computer Science / Computing or Equivalent
- Certification on any of the following standards ISO/IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks
COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the cyber services sector
- Cyber Service(s) Definition, Development and Delivery
- Security Monitoring and Incident Response
- Security Architecture design
- Threat management
- Vulnerability, configuration, policy and compliance cyber management tools
- Experience in Data Classification and Loss Prevention
- Privileged Access Management
- Ideally experience in managing security vendors and partners, (evaluating and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and overseeing vendor performance)
- Experience in regulatory compliance cyber assessments and remediation proposals
- Endpoint Security and Encryption
- Experience in implementing and managing SOC and SIEM systems
- Ability to drive Pen Testing campaigns
- Next Generation Firewall and Advanced Threat Prevention
