Mission Statement:
We are looking for a talented and hands-on professional who is interested to join our dynamic, high performance Change Management and Continuous Improvement team as a Change and People Engagement Specialist. You will be empowered to influence and help shape the overall Supply Chain Management (SCM) change and continuous improvement network.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to drive the overall document management as well conduct change management and continuous improvement activities. You will need to have the energy and the aptitude to work in an international capacity and comfortable to work with various stakeholders, ready to work on both strategic and operational tasks to ensure success. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, tenacious and seasoned communications professional who can effectively manage multiple critical projects.
You will report directly to the Head of Change Management and Continuous Improvement (CMCI) who is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide key support to Knowledge Manager with the implementation of Knowledge Management Framework & Collaborate with cross-functional content owners to review, revise, and approve documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established internal SCM regulations.
Manage SCM documents using established efficient document control system. Develop and publish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WIN) in accordance to approved process descriptions.
Maintain document control databases or other platforms (i.e., xECM, Publisher) to ensure proper oversight and management of SCM documents (e.g., ownership, access etc.). Maintain proper organization and filing of documents, maintaining a logical and easily navigable structure.
Develop and implement end to end review process of documents. Conduct quality assurance of documents prior to publication.
Continuous improvement of documentation processes & conduct training on document control processes and systems ensuring adherence to established procedures. Support the preparation of documents relating to audits/inspections related to document control processes. Stay informed on industry trends related to document control, making recommendations for process improvements or automation opportunities as needed.
Support Head of CMCI in developing and executing impactful messaging through understanding business needs, audience motivations, and deliver effective solutions and campaigns.
Compile and maintain team assets in various asset management platforms.
Prepare organizational announcements, update organizational charts, and maintain distribution groups. Provide content support (e.g., writing, proofread, editing) to SCM stakeholders.
Manage stakeholders and ensure that deadlines and deliverables are met by those involved in communication projects & support execution of People Engagement initiatives, engagement and culture progression across SCM.
Support the SCM function in bringing D&I strategy to life, and act as a champion for diversity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
Analyze data and feedback to make informed recommendations to address employee needs and concerns. Assist Competency & Training Manager with the administration of training courses. Help in organizing training sessions, including booking venues and catering, arranging materials, and coordinating with trainers and participants. Support the development of training material (voice-over creation, training material branding). Maintain learner records on SCM Training Platforms, such as MyLearning, Skill Dynamics and Percipio.
Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on training completion, competency development progress, and certification status.

Your Background:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing or Journalism.
3+ of relevant experience gained within an international B2B environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, result-oriented with strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking combined with hands-on approach to translate plans to actions and monitor the report on progress.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with remote global team.
Business knowledge in power/industrial technology an advantage.
Hands-on creative skills for developing assets (e.g., PowerPoint, visual materials).
Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
