Job Description

We are growing our Lifetime Services consulting team and looking for CE Consultants to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for design, build, and deployment efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE technology solutions
  • Provide technical support to existing CE clients
  • Developing long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence
  • Execute assigned tasks within a structured service environment and work with within a team covering a variety of different service and project work streams
  • Analyse customer requirements and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions
  • Translate specified requirements into technical developments
  • Responsible for FAT testing and documenting configuration and customisations in document templates and Azure DevOps
  • Create technical specifications and documentation
  • Be able to identify creative workarounds to meet requirements to reduce reliance on custom code
  • Be able to identify what is a new requirement or what might be a bug within the current design
  • Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CE applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications

Qualifications

Key Competencies

Essential:
  • CE core development: Power Automate, workflows, plugins and reports
  • Dynamics 365 for Sales, Service, Field Service and/or Power Platform experience
  • Core programming languages - C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript

Desirable:
  • CDS, PCF and/or Portals knowledge
  • Power BI and data technologies
  • Data migration and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services, Scribe or Web Services
  • SQL Reporting Services
  • Working knowledge of Azure services and functions
