The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2300 skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning. However, over the last decade, it has evolved to become the largest Operations hub. The India Operations Centre team at Chennai, Bangalore and Gurugram supports Hitachi Energy’s units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Hitachi Energy To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.

Mission Statement:

As Marketing campaign specialist, you will be responsible for managing the marketing Support Team responsible for the overall governance, continuous improvement and success of internal services to the M&S community leveraging Lean Six Sigma (L6S) methodology and industry best practices.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the digital marketing manager and the global or regional teams in creating and delivering digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including campaign design, build, preparation, execution, and evaluation.

  • Help to increase the number and quality of marketing campaign execution.

  • Leading actions to execute marketing campaigns.

  • Creation of campaign briefs.

  • Working closely with internal design teams and external agencies for the creation of creative assets.

  • Supporting in the creation of campaign content, storylines, videos and their scripts, web landing pages, collaterals, emailers, social media content. etc.

  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, overseeing and putting together analytics and providing regular reports to measure its effectiveness.

  • Working with marketing operations to have those analytics tracked consistently using performance dashboards.

Your background:

  • Master’s degree in marketing or similar degree from reputed institutes

  • 2 to 4 years of experience. B2B marketing experience in driving marketing and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Hands-one experience of running successful digital marketing campaigns.

  • Basic digital marketing certifications – Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaigns, Facebook & Instagram

  • Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.

  • Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.

  • Strong team player, able to work in cross functional environment, strong in building and maintaining relationships.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
