Description

Your responsibilities:

• You will be involved in credit rating, credit limit assessment (customer finance position, payment behavior, payment term, payment method, LC etc mitigation tools support).
• You will be credit limit update, credit profile maintain/update in S4 (rules, risk class, check rule, limit, credit segment data, financial instruments/LC update, hedge exposure etc), Blocked SO creation / delivery release.
• You will be discussion with sales/local finance/commercial/PM etc on case basis for precise assessment of limit/approval/rejection of release.
• You will be involved of business judgement / discussion from business controllers incase needed.
• You will support collection by involving ETF financing tools on customer different case basis Dunning module (dunning letter, dunning level, amount, layout correctness, customer mail address maintenance in MD etc)
• You will be specific provision and write off (specific bad debt creation, initiation, write off, reversal etc) -- TBD whether should be done by Credit or not.
• You will be involved in risk review customer credit assessment, Annual and daily basis customer credit assessment.
• You will push for design/testing of local approval tools like I-workflow / ServiceNow to facilitate systematic approval/documentation instead of email flying.
• To obtain non-public customers assessment report from HCH GCC (coordination between local legal entity and HCH, place PO to HCH on behalf of local, account recon of list, invoicing confirmation, back charge to local etc.)
• You will be involved in regular credit report generation/sharing including customer limit, exposure, quota to sales/local finance/commercial/PM etc for early forecast from business. Other adhoc activities assigned by line manager.

Your background:

• You hold a Finance and Accounting Education with bachelor's degree.
• Required SAP operation preferred, good skills in MS Excel.
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency Good written and oral English.
