What you'll be doing

The Senior Bridge Software Engineer who will manage projects or work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control ​the project; and work closely with the team to understand the project's insights.

​This role needs to communicate with Japanese clients for requirements, issue clarifications to make sure that there is no gap in the understanding between customer and project team including the followings:
  • ​Analyze and transfer requirements to project team.
  • Verify and develop design documents.
  • Control inbound and outbound project's materials.
  • ​Develop and perform test cases to verify the deliverables.
  • Understand the clients and maintain the good business relationship with them.
What you bring to the team
  • Bachelor's degree with a major in software development, information technology or related fields.
  • Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher is required.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in BrSE position, hands-on experience of writing technical document in Japanese, giving presentations, and working directly with Japanese customers.
  • Have software development skills (design, coding, test, etc.), and good programming skill/knowledge of C/C++ languages.
  • Knowledge and experience with printing domain.
  • Good at requirement analysis, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Well-organized, creative, and capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
