Description

As a Service Level Agreement Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and fulfilling  contractual scope under Service Agreements. Your role involves optimizing profitability through up-sales, cost management, and proactive planning. Proactively look for up-sales opportunities and build and maintain Customer excellent relationship as trusted advisor through proactive interactions, reviews and site visits beyond the contractual deliverables.

Your responsibilities

  • Contractual Compliance: Understand and adhere to contractual obligations, scope, and terms. Deliver the contract scope on time and with the required quality. Ensure committed service levels are met.

  • Proactive Planning and Communication: Plan interventions with the customer, managing delays and cancellations as per contract conditions. Maintain regular communication with the customer and key stakeholders. Organize face-to-face meetings to understand customer needs and identify up-sales opportunities.

  • Cost Optimization and Margin Improvement: Optimize costs without compromising health, safety, environment (HSE), or quality. Invoice additional works and materials as per contract terms. Consider inflation indexes during invoicing.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Properly document performed works and activities using internal tools and templates. Highlight areas for improvement in customer reports based on asset condition data and reliability assessments.

  • Business Development: Proactively identify additional business opportunities through up-sales and variation orders. Maintain excellent relationships with customers beyond contractual deliverables.

  • Renewal and Sales Support: Approach customers for contract renewals and scope expansion. Support sales of new service agreements by defining value propositions and considering special tooling and costs.

Your background

  • Technical knowledge in High Voltage equipment and apparatus.

  • Project Management skills.

  • Strong and proactive communication abilities.

  • Sales and upselling experience
