Mission Statement
Responsible for quality assurance & control manufacturing process compliance with systems, tools and teams to achieve customer requirements while ensuring sustainable operations. Support and maintain the QMS of the factory in line with global guidelines.
Your Responsibility:
- You will determine the processes needed for the quality management system and their application throughout the organization.
- You will determine criteria and methods needed to ensure that both the operation and control of these processes are effective.
- You must ensure the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes.
- You will work with Quality technical team to perform related quality jobs, meet KPIs/ Targets of Company & Department.
- You must follow Production processes to ensure production complies with work instructions and products meet the quality requirements.
- You will manage and resolve NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and CCRP (Customer Complaint Resolution Process) on time and meet requirement
- You must perform investigation for Test Failure cases or Critical Issues, Root Cause Analysis - Effective Improvement Action Follow Up
- You must performs audits and uses Quality data analytics from all parts of the operation to identify risks, failures and non-conformances within the local operations, its suppliers and customers.
- You will take lead related improvement projects (DMAIC, 8D)
- You must excuse factory internal audit program which assigned by Quality Manager
- You must coordinate with Production, Design to perform & sustain FMEA & DFMEA
- You must focus on Customer Satisfaction, participate in customer audits, Hold points & inspections.
- You will support sales in Tender document preparation for Quality aspects.
- You must establish and follow up ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) implementation by project.
- You must responsible for quality check cards management & revision
- You must ensure quality training and support to employees
- You must setup, maintenance, and improvement of QM module in SAP/REIWA.

Your Background:
- University Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- More than 5-year hands-on working experience in similar position in a manufacturing industry environment. Knowledge in technical drawing.
- Knowing transformer manufacturing process is also an advance.
- Knowledge in transformers manufacturing and Quality management systems; Lean Six Sigma belt certificate is an advance.
- Good English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) & computer skills, good in time management and organization skills.
