Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior React Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, particularly with React.js, and will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications.

Lead the design and development of web applications using React.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to front-end development and React.js.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the development process and tools.

Job Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a React Developer, with at least [X] years of experience in front-end development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6+).
Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
Experience with front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.).
Proficient in version control systems, such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
