What you'll be doing
  • Define, customize the software development process in the projects based on the company process
  • Monitor process compliance
  • Periodically perform process audit and product audit
  • Prepare QA reports and send to Managers or clients as needed
  • Consult client, Project managers, other members for process, templates, checklists
  • Maintain QMS satisfying ISO 9001 requirement, CMMi
  • Provide Senior Leadership Team project status report and process compliance periodically
  • Collaborate and report Global QA Team about project status and process compliance periodically
  • Train employees for the process, related tools and techniques
What you bring to the team
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or relevant major
  • More than 3 years experiences of software development process, quality assurance (QA) or similar role
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of QA process audit, product audit, statistic, quality report and analysis
  • Knowledge of QA system development and implementation
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMi
  • Excellent cooperation and communication skills
  • Responsible and proactive
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in English
