• 7+ years of experience as Software Engineer/Manager
• Experience with Fullstack development, with solid hand-on of at least 1 backend, 1 frontend framework
• Experience in leading, managing team(s)
• Experience in building technical roadmaps to grow engineering teams
• Experience in working with stakeholders to handle expectations and priorities.
• Good in communication
