Description

Mission:

Finance Business Partners advise and support the business in areas related to future state financial performance including: Finance consulting and coaching. Providing forward looking financial insight on market conditions, competitors, and alternative business scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the activities in the respective process section (Division, Function, Country), team management responsibility, monitors the process & work results from the process Analysts, accountable to ensure smooth on time and efficient service delivery, drives resolution of open issue, identifies improvements in processes & team set-up.

  • Ensures application of global process standards and procedures; maintains appropriate internal control standards in accordance with process manual

  • Oversees system related process activities

  • Responsible for effective collaboration with Process Lead

  • Overall accountable for accurately and timely executed service procedures

  • Assigns and oversees resources and skills, monitors progress, and evaluates results of the completed tasks / projects from the Process Analysts

  • Accountable to ensure service delivery within agreed internal SLAs and KPIs

  • Accountable for timely resolution of issues

  • Coordination & follow up with various internal and external stakeholders

  • Supports the identification and implementation of improvements in the process area

  • Experience in SG&A Functions, IS allocations, back charges, Monthly reporting

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administration

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with 2+

  • Experience of working in service delivery model environment

  • Robust process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspective

  • Proficient MS Office skills

  • Strong in IT systems: ERP, Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutions

  • Proficient understanding of end-to-end process, systems and data flows across organization at business and finance side

Language skills

  • Fluent in English, and local language
