Mission Statement

To provide reliable support in the sales, marketing, project execution and service activities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will assist the Product Marketing Dept. managers in all daily secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • You will provide precise translation/ interpretation services.
  • You must schedule meeting, arrange travel and accommodation for the whole dept as required.
  • You will prepare presentation materials as well as to take minutes of meetings as required.
  • You will be coordinate internal and external customers visit.
  • You will prepare/consolidate reports as required.
  • You will compile and manage customer & sales database as required.
  • You will update SFDC, configure CPQ as required.
  • You must conduct hand-over of simple won orders.
  • You will manage and file all tender/order document as required.
  • You must maintain and update tender support document, presentation.
  • You will coordinate marketing activities as required, instructed.

Your Background:

  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trades, English or relevant area.
  • At least 1-year relevant experience.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and customers focus.
  • Able to multitasks and work under pressure.
  • Must be familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Projects, Power Point.
