General Information:

Act as a business partner and support the management of the region's project portfolio and monitoring of the main financial KPIs of the projects such as revenues, cash flow and gross margin. Anticipate possible risks and opportunities in the project portfolio that may harm or contribute to the business unit's results. Be a financial partner and support the tendering area, contributing with solutions for points involving finance in commercial proposals for clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the predictability of project financial KPIs: revenues, cash and gross margin.
2. Ensure adequate demonstration and commentary on the results and trends evidenced in the various reports prepared and provided, analyzing the variations found, project performance, forecast vs actual.

3. Conduct the process of calculating monthly results, as well as all management and control reports, through the preparation, approval and control of the monthly closing schedule, ensuring that all phases are completed within the respective deadlines.

4. Be an active member of project review meetings, seeking to identify portfolio risks and opportunities to support business decisions and results.

5.Being the interface between countries with the HUB and the BU.

6. Lead the transformation process within PGGI's finance department, seeking improvements in Power BI's and day-to-day operations in the new ERP.

7. Support country Controllers by providing advance scenarios and R&O for projects.

8. Manage a mixed seniority team of project controllers in different countries in Latin America, seeking the development of the team.

9. Manage and monitor cash flow and recommend measures to improve Net Working Capital.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor´s Degree preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics.
  • Advanced/Fluent English is required.
  • Spanish is desirable.
  • ERP SAP (modules FI/ CO)
  • Experience in Project controlling, financial reporting, project risk analysis.
  • Availability to travel.
