Product Support Engineer

Description

Your responsibilities:

• You will be involved in Engineering Mechanical design and simulation analysis.

• You will support new product introduction with TOT and support CCRP handle, Important CCRP root reason analysis and solution.

• You will be responsible for management technical documents and IRRD, BOM change.

• You will provide technical support and product testing and solve product quality deviation on time.

Your background:

• You hold a master's degree.

• Relevant experience in mechanical design and simulation analysis.

• Has experience in mechanical design or circuit breaker design, the ability of structural mechanics analysis and calculation.

• Have a certain understanding of the manufacturing process and surface treatment process.

• Fluent in English writing & speaking.
