Your Responsibilities

  • Service Tender Management: Oversee service tenders from start to finish, ensuring seamless transitions to operations

  • Define Project Scope: Outline service delivery parameters, including materials, engineering, support hours, response times, and performance metrics

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Facilitate communication between Sales and Operations to define service scope and requirements

  • Offer Preparation: Create commercial, legal, and technical offers that meet customer expectations within required timeframes

  • Cost Calculation & Risk Reviews: Prepare cost calculations, reports, and conduct internal risk reviews and tender submission approvals

  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance tender documentation and associated information for better efficiency and accuracy

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

  • Understanding of substation automation, control & protection, and mission-critical communication solutions

  • Previous experience in service-related activities is a plus

  • Familiarity with tendering and commercial processes

  • Strong coordination skills and the ability to work across functions to complete proposals

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

  • Fluency in English or Fluency in <the local language> with strong English skills to connect across borders
