Mission Statement:

Performs day to day processing of HR requests related to one or more service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Integrated Talent, Global Mobility, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, People Analytics and HRIS) for an assigned group of employees handling also complex and escalated tasks. Ensures appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and assures that quality controls like e.g. the 4-eye-check are carried out.

Your Responsibility:

  • You will be in charge of new hire onboarding process: prepare for employee onboarding (pre-employment screening (PES check); prepare offer letter; raise MyHR ticket to create new hire in the HR system (Hinext); conduct orientation training; announce the new employee on their 1st day, etc. For outsourced staffs, arrange health checkup and conduct orientation training for them, make sure the staff is created in Hinext as well.
  • You will be responsible for employee offboarding process: collect resignation letter from employee; make sure that the employee is terminated in Hinext; collect Separation check list/ Exit interview/ non-disclosure declaration form from employee on/before their last working day; issue Decision of Termination. For outsource staffs, coordinate with vendor to terminate employee in accordance with local laws.
  • You will manage employment contract: keep track of probationary period, labor contract term to prepare contract renewal in a timely manner in accordance with the local laws (raise MyHR ticket to GBS team to send reminder to Manager/ HRBPs, issue the new contract, file the duly signed/stamped documents, update new contract end date in Hinext). For outsource staffs, coordinate with vendor to renew labor contract on time as well.
  • You will handle MyHR service and support: Deliver HR Service support to the HR community, managers, and employees as requested via MyHR ticket. Administrate local ServiceNow tickets and ensure timely closure of tickets.
  • You will do Data Entry & Documentation: Maintains a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems. Provides on-demand reports related to the process when required.
  • You will manage personnel file (filling hard copy as well as scanned copy).
  • You will support payroll tasks as assigned by manager.
  • You will support HR Time related activities and queries.
  • You will recommend enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers. Leads some process improvement activities and participates in various quality control and audit activities.
  • You will recommend, develops, and assists in implementation of special programs in area of functional specialty. Supports HR cross-functional initiatives in area of functional responsibility.
  • You will support Cross-countries support in SEA as and when required.
  • You will be required to support project or assignments initiated by Global, if any.
  • You will take other tasks as assigned by manager/ CHR.

Your Background:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Full time position and hybrid work arrangements can be considered.
  • Cross countries HR operations support
  • Experience in HR Shared Services for a Global Company will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in onboarding, document control, ServiceNow and HR Operations, an added advantage
  • Experience in absence and attendance system.
  • Proficiency in Ms Office, along with organizing, coordinating and analytical skills.
  • Able to work in teams, able to work independently, work within deadlines and be process oriented will be an ideal fit.
  • Good in stakeholders and vendors management
  • Strong verbal and written in English communication skills is a must
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under tight timeline
