We are looking for a “HUB Digital Center Lead” who will lead our Transformers Digitalization Business in Tuzla, Istanbul. 

As part of the APMEA Digital & Transformer Service Organization, you will be responsible for driving Digital Operations with sustainable and transformational change across multiple service re-engineering teams, in collaboration with transformers factories & engineering quality and testing teams, focused on digital transformation supporting application engineering and driving Digital offerings. 

You will work with our transformer factories and Services Units in APMEA with a wide variety of technologies and equipment, coordinating digitalization, influencing implementation of changes in PLM in Engineering, PLM for supplier coordination on BOM drawings, documentation, engineering improvements, engineering quality & testing procedures, analysis programs and projects.   

Responsibilities: 
 

• Act as a lead for APMEA Digital Center includes definition, training and implementation of digitalization tools and procedures for the entire transformer digital and service business. 

• Set requirements and drive implementation influencing Transformer Digitalization in all APMEA transformer factories and service units. Focus on standardization effort to allow company wide data analysis. 

• Lead transformation of Digital enhancements in engineering BOM, change management processes, interacting with application engineering and other functional teams to put best-practices in place, replacing or upgrading older approaches. 

• Influence to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of our transformer factories engineering processes through integration and automation, IoT solutions, AI, cloud and advanced analytics. 

• APMEA market intelligence, competitor analysis in digital footprints and enable regional voice of customer engagements; distill insights in collaboration with Marketing team. 

• You are an engaged person who thrives in a constantly changing environment and enjoys collaboration with employees, peers and beyond. 

• Providing functional leadership and be a coach to digital sales & service, manage relationships with stakeholders in APMEA Transformers, required a cadence with GPG and BU networks.  

​Your background  

• Bachelors in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumental Engineering.

• 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience on Digital Applications preferably on Distribution and Power Transformers.

• Experience in Marketing  & Sales department is a plus 

• Proven people management skills, ability to guide, coach and mentor others. 

• Ability to travel across the HUB when needed. 

• Both written and spoken proficiency and fluency in English and Turkish is required. 

• Good to have exposure working in lines with IEC standards.
