▸ Responsible for launching the program according to the quality target, cost target and development schedule at the time of business nomination with support from PMO Manager.

< KPI >

Responsible to achieve / deliver (KPI)

▸ Zero Cost Deviation (Loss Cost Reduction)

▸ Zero Schedule Deviation (Customer Satisfaction)

▸ Zero Surprise Claims (Operational Efficiency)

Support to deliver (Indicator)

▸ Status track of development phase

▸ Delta of Profit rate per Program

▸ Quality, Cost, Delivery, development, Supplier, and Manufacturing status.

< Role & Responsibilities >

Program Planning                             ▸ Develop program schedules ensuring that critical milestones are identified,

appropriately organized to deliver program objectives, comply with the

organization's program management framework such as phase gate, CAPEX approval process etc.

Program Execution, Monitoring & Controlling

 

Track and control programs to achieve

▸ committed targets (quality, cost, delivery) through managing cost deviations, program status and early

▸ detection of issues with preventive measures implementation.

Program Team Management           ▸ Team building (enhancing resources and building a communication plan

Program Risk and Issue Management

 

▸ Facilitate program team to develop risk prevention/mitigation plan and countermeasures for realized risks within a program.

▸ Secure alignment of the countermeasure with program plan (requirement specification, schedule, and costs), and follow up on the progress.

▸ Escalate in case that program team needs direction from management.

Program Change management       ▸ Collects necessary information from program team and stakeholders to

manage changes request affecting program activities and variances from the

program plan (requirement specification, schedule, and cost).

▸ Instruct program team to adhere required approval process for change request according to the organization’s rule.
