In this role you will belong to HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current), a product group in Hitachi Energy, which develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. It is also used to connect power systems.

Your responsibilities
Drive quality culture throughout the organization
Improve and implement quality support processes in the organization.
Support & drive improvement & implementation of quality assurance and quality control activities
Support & drive the handling non-conformities.
Analyse performance data and drive actions.
Collaborate with different stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction.
Your background
We highly value your personality and see that you have a positive, flexible, and pro-active mindset, take responsibility, and enjoy working in teams.
You have good communication and influencing skills to address and build trust with people on different organizational levels.
You have knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO-standards, Process Management, Lean, Six-Sigma and Continuous Improvements
You have an Engineering degree, preferably within quality management or similar.
