Position : Senior Functional Analyst - Adobe Commerce Cloud [Business Practitioner]

Job Summary

Seeking an expert-level Functional Analyst for Adobe Commerce Cloud to bridge business needs and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for Adobe Commerce Cloud
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Create functional specifications for software development
• Conduct user interviews and facilitate requirement workshops
• Develop use cases, user stories, and process flows
• Perform gap analysis between current and desired states
• Support testing and validation of implemented solutions
• Provide training and support to end-users

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Business/Functional Analyst with Adobe Commerce Cloud
• Expert-level understanding of Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento) architecture and features
• Strong knowledge of B2C and B2B e-commerce processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Commerce Business Practitioner certification
• Familiarity with D365 and integrations with e-commerce platforms
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Understanding of UX/UI principles in e-commerce context
