The client is a world-leading provider of telecommunication solutions to mobile & fixed network operators. GlobalLogic has a long and very successful partnership with this Company started back in 2002. GlobalLogic is building a team that will be responsible for a specific area - maintenance of products that are utilized by major US telecom operators.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of hands-on experience:
- Strong technical QA experience
- Selenium Webdriver
- Java
- Unix Shell scripting
- Command line
- Basic table manipulation. Proficiency in SQL
- Testing in a Waterfall environment
- Excellent skills in defining, documenting, and analyzing test strategy, test plan, test cases, and test results
- Excellent test case execution and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well across teams
- Strong analytical skills - understand business processes and issues from business users
- Good level of verbal and written communication in English.

Telecom Domain will be a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

- Knowledge acquisition: learn assigned product to smallest details, become a good expert in the product
- Product test is responsible for providing an independent evaluation of the quality of the system, both software and documentation.
- Create, execute & review software test plans, test cases, and reports, as necessary.
- Automate regression testing
- Execute manual tests
- Product Test administration, maintenance, and support; oversee test case execution remains on plan; resolve defect roadblocks.
- Create defect reports, create an execution plan
- Perform system testing, regression testing
- Work closely with the Dev team and other stakeholders to understand the project goals and requirements.
- Basic table manipulation. Some proficiency in SQL
- Understand & test complex & integrated systems
